Metro Brokers Meridian and Armbrust Real Estate Institute offer the following licensing program to get you licensed in under 30 days.

The program runs monthly, start dates are September 12 and October 24, please call for details 303-268-6000. Class presentations are Monday through Fridays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (before and after traffic).

The students will complete the "Testable" material in a three week time period, complete the state exam and then complete Practical Applications and Current Legal Issues (both required for licensing but not for testing) at home (three small quizzes certify these two courses).

Full time students have access to all AREI (Armbrust Real Estate Institute) resources including "The Real Estate Apprentice", tutoring, instructor hot line, lending library and resource center.

The cost is the same whether you choose to go full time or you choose to attend the evening courses.
